“All social interactions require some loss of freedom.” ― Erol Ozan

Owl and Mouse 25 is my third response to GC and my Weekly Prompts‘ Wednesday Challenge The Elbow Bump and also linked to Fandango’s Collaborate.

Editorial Comment: Immediately before publication the UK government closed all pubs, bars and restaurants for the forseeable future.

Sue, it’s wonderful to see Owl and Mouse again. Their message is very wise and their cuteness is a welcome relief from the gloom and doom that hangs over us. Those damn weasels are on this side of the pond too!!

Your post was a pleasant surprise and put a smile on my face! Thank you for that.

    1. London has been massively hit by the virus compared to the rest of the country. One hospital has already closed to new patients! Apparently, the cosmopolitan citizens have carried on socialising as normal and I imagine it was this that caused the government to shut down bars and restaurants. The day before there was no hint of it. Ginger, thank you so much for enjoying Owl and Mouse. Stay well 🙂

Reblogged this on THE MAIN AISLE (c) 2020 and commented:
While “social distancing is recommended by governments far and wide I think that communal humor is the thing we all need to shake off the dread and the fears of the Covid-19 Virus. Owl and Mouse thanks to partner Susan discuss the matter. Enjoy.
