New Beginnings

“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.” – Albert Einstein.

The Weekly Prompts Word/Photo Challenge is Something NEW.

From today, over on our site Weekly Prompts, GC and I have discontinued our separate Word Prompts and Photo Challenges. Our twice-weekly challenges have merged and will share the combined title of Word/Photo Challenge, apart from this merger everything remains the same and we will continue to publish on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

new beginnings 2The festivities are over, friends and family have returned to their homes, and the cleanup has begun. And after dusting off the old year, I stand in anticipation on the cusp of the new.

As I wait at the ‘Gate of the Year’ I’m keen to walk through; to start afresh and watch a new year unfold, and I welcome it with purposeful resolution.

    1. Good Morning Ivor and Happy New Year 🥂
I remember that journey of yours very well, it hardly seems a year, the time has passed so quickly.

I’m back from my relaxing break from blogging, but I’m not going to even try catching up on the ‘Reader’ I will begin afresh.

I look forward to seeing your ‘Something New’ Post and thank you for always taking part, I appreciate it 🙂

      1. That’s ok Sue, I’ve found you can never catch up, so I don’t try to do it anymore……. And when I’m ok, I enjoy the challenge of your prompts, and yours is the the only prompt I do on a regular basis.

New Beginnings is a good way to describe New Year’s Day. None of us really shed our baggage, but today we can look ahead and be hopeful for what we will accomplish in 2020.

Wishing you a healthy 2020 filled with the love of family and friends, a reason to laugh out loud every day, and many fun-filled adventures. Oh! Yeah, that you don’t get writer’s cramp when it comes to your blogs! Lol.

Joining your blogging community, even though only as a follower, has been a fun experience for me. You have a great sense of humor, yet you’re not afraid to speak your mind. Your posts never disappoint Sue, and I’m looking forward to finding you in my inbox for another year.

    Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, Sue! Love that quote. “The magic of beginnings”! I totally get that. I hope both of us have a great year filled with magical beginnings and unfolding dreams.
