Re-blogged this from yournibblednews.com . It might be best to set your expectations a little low when visiting this Santa Claus, the normally friendly front, the patina of joviality, was simply not there. He turned towards Evie, my not quite three year old granddaughter and waited for her to speak first and made no effort whatsoever to put this small child at ease. — Sue W.
“December is full of the beauty of Light and love we can bring into our life. You can choose to be stressed or you can choose to let the small stuff go and be peaceful this Holiday season. It really is a choice you make.” ― Eileen Anglin
Even Santa Claus can have a bad day. The forlorn look of boredom on this little girl’s face (Evie) tells even the most causal passerby that this Santa has not only lost the spirit of the season but also his supposed cheery rapport with the little girl. Her mother Sophie and grandmother Susan reported that the man in the familiar red and white suit totally did not embellish the spirit of the season. Tis the season to be jolly and not sad. This must have been one of Santa’s subordinate clauses at work. Better luck next time Santa. – gc
